Reservations Policy	A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking - a bank cheque, EFTPOS or Visa, American Express and Mastercard are accepted. A reservation is firm when the deposit has been received and Equinox Lodge has confirmed your booking. Firm reservations will be held until either the arrival of the guests or the receipt of a written cancellation.
Cancellation Policy	Seven days written notice is required to cancel your booking otherwise the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Changes to Bookings	Once a booking confirmation has been accepted any request to alter dates already confirmed will incur an administration fee of $25.00.
Pricing	Self Catering = $NZ200 This is the Green Room, per night, for double occupancy and this is self catering. Bed and Breakfast = $NZ275 Standard luxury B & B Accommodation for either room, per night, double occupancy, includes full breakfasts. Multi Night and Room Reservations When more than one room is reserved, or more than one night, there is a 10% reduction on the room rate
Meals	Dinner = $NZ75 pp Dinner is available from $75pp by prior arrangement with a selection of a la carte menus Lunch = $NZ15 pp Lunch is available by prior arrrangement
Wine List	The Wine List features local vineyards. A selection of Beers/Spirits is also available. BYO charges are $10 per bottle for wine only.
